Safari Kenya

Driver-Guide reports to your hotel or airport for start of the safari to Masai Mara with a 7.30am to 8am departure for a picturesque drive descending the Great Rift Valley and onwards to Maasai Mara, Kenya's famous game reserve. ( Drive time 5.5 hours). You will be in a private safari vehicle. Stop for some time at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint on the way, to enjoy the amazing views of the largest Valley in the world, said to be visible from outer space. Arrive at Masai Mara for lunch at your lodge or camp. The afternoon game drive at 3.30pm allows spotting of the magnificent wildlife in the park ranging from the Big Cats such as Lion, Leopard & Cheetah to Rhino, Elephant and Wildebeest. Return to your lodge by 6.30pm. Dinner and overnight.

You will be taken on two safari game drives today, one in the morning from 6.15am to 9am, followed by breakfast. After breakfast, visit the maasai cultural center to experience tribes cultural values and ways of living then after, drive back to the lodge for lunch. After lunch, head out for a late afternoon game drive from 3.30pm to 6.30pm. The wildlife is usually more active during these times of the day. As your Masai Mara safari is private, your game drive timings will be flexible, useful if you are travelling with children, or are on a honeymoon. You may also choose to have a full day game drive [ one for the whole day] with a packed picnic lunch at no extra cost. Return in the evening for dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Full day at Masai Mara with morning and afternoon game drives. You may want to do an early morning Hot air Balloon ride . Lunch, dinner and overnight at the lodge.

At the break of dawn you embark on your concluding safari game drive in Masai Mara, followed by a relaxed breakfast back at the camp/lodge, followed by an onward departure to Amboseli National park using a domestic chatter flight. Arrive in Amboseli, check in for lunch then head out for an afternoon game drive. After game drive, back to lodge for dinner and sleep over.

Spend the whole day in Amboseli with morning and afternoon game drives. Our game drives shall take us to the observation hill to have a better overall view of the park including the adjacent marshy swamps. Wildlife is abundant in this park together with pelicans and other bird species. Your game viewing shall be spread to cover the open plains, acacia woodland, rocky thorn bush country, swamps and marshland. Lunch, dinner, and overnight in the same lodge | Luxury tented camp of choice.

Optional game drive before breakfast. After breakfast, check-out followed by a game run before your exit from the park on a chattered domestic flight to Ukunda Diani in South coast. Arrive in Ukunda, you'll be picked up by our driver guide and drop you off the hotel where you will relax and enjoy the afternoon breeze by the beach. Later eat dinner and sleep over.

After breakfast, you will be driven to Kisite mpunguti marine park for fun filled activities: Snorkeling, viewing of dolphins in a boat (Optional SCUBA diving at an extra cost), lunch in swahili island then back to the hotel. Dinner and sleep over.

After breakfast, unwind by the beach, relax or take a walk a long the beach. You can as well do kayaking or jet-skiing at an extra cost. Come back for lunch then later relax or swim in the hotels swimming pool.

After breakfast visit the Kaya Kinondo forest. Spread out along around 200km of the coast province of Kenya are ten separate forested sites, mostly on low hills, ranging in size from 30 to around 300 ha, in which are the remains of fortified villages, Kayas, of the Mijikenda people. They represent more than thirty surviving Kayas. The Kayas began to fall out of use in the early 20th century and are now revered as the repositories of spiritual beliefs of the Mijikenda people and are seen as the sacred abode of their ancestors. The forest around the Kayas have been nurtured by the Mijikenda community to protect the sacred graves and groves and are now almost the only remains of the once extensive coastal lowland forest.

After a relaxed breakfast, you will be dropped at the Ukunda airstrip to catch your chattered domestic flight to Nairobi. You will connect with you international flight home or relax in a hotel in Nairobi before your next flight home.
