Mikumi National Park is Tanzania’s fourth-biggest national park which covers  3260sqkms. It’s additionally the most open from Dar es Salaam about 300kms. ITINERARY

After breakfast at 06;00am pick up where you are staying and drive to Mikumi National Park about 289km approx. 4-5 hours depends on traffic jums( which covers more 3260sqkms famous for group of elephants, buffalos, giraffes, Impalas, wildebeests zebras giraffes, Impalas and predators such as lions, jackals, hyenas and leopards) via Morogoro for hot lunch. Proceed with game drive to Mwanambogo dam where many animals are drift here for a water drink more than 400 species of birds have been recorded in this park and stop at designated camp site with toilet and running water till sunset, dinner and overnight at Camp Bastian. After breakfast at 06:00am going for full day game drive(sunrise to sunset) with packed lunch, stop at designated picnic lunch with toilet and running water. On this day you have great opportunity to view a lots of animals and birds and also visiting the hippo, Crocodiles and hippos are seen here. Dinner and overnight at Camp Bastian. After breakfast at 06:00am, visiting the Maasai Boma(Maasai village tour) meet with the Chief/leader welcomes you then Maasai guide will explaining their life style, traditional and customs, typical Maasai handcrafts, dancing as well as past and today's life . The Maasai villages are adjacent and near by Mikumi National Park boundaries, Option: back to Camp for the short rest or drive straight back to Dar es salaam via Morogoro town for hot lunch.
