Nyerere National Park is roamed by elephants, lions, giraffe, hippos, crocodiles, and birds. Mikumi National Park covers an area of 3,230 sq km, and is rich in wildlife including buffalo, wildebeest, zebra, lion, elephant, impala, hippos, baboon, giraffe, warthog, waterbuck and eland which can be viewed throughout the year. Reptiles including crocodile, monitor lizard and python are also resident in the park. Nyerere National Park is a picturesque, unique and pristine safari destination that offers the best wildlife adventure. The park has the greatest diversity of safari activities some of which include game drives, bird watching, walking safaris and boat safaris.
ITINERARY
Early morning pick up at 8:30am. Drive to Nyerere National Park for 3 to 4 hrs. On arrival, check in at Africa Safari Selous Lodge for Lunch and then relax after a Bumpy road ride. At 4pm,go for a boat safari till 6:30pm. Thereafter return to the Lodge for dinner and overnight.
Early morning breakfast at 6am. At 7 am, drive to the park for check in then have a full day game drive. Break for lunch at 1pm at the park picnic site. After Lunch Continue with game drive till 6:30pm; thereafter, check out and drive back to the Lodge.
After Morning breakfast, transfer to Mikumi National park. On arrival, checking at Camp Bastian mikumi cottages .Later at 4pm,head to maasai village for cultural tour and later at 6:30pm return to the camp for dinner and overnigh
After Morning Breakfast, head to the park for a full day game drive till later evening.
Early morning breakfast at 6am. At 6:30 am, drive to the park for check in then have a morning 4 hours game drive till 11am. Hereafter, check out and drive back to Dar es Salaam. Be dropped at the Hotel, or Airport.
