8 days Ghorepani Poon Hill Trek

The representative of Himalayan Recreation Treks will be there at airport to greet you and transfer you to the hotel in Kathmandu. Take a rest for a while. In the evening there will be short briefing about the trek starting tomorrow. Stay overnight at hotel in Kathmandu.

The second day of the trip takes you to the Beautiful lake city Pokhara. Take a scenic drive to Pokhara early morning and enjoy the views of terraced farms, charming landscape, Nepalese settlements and the shimmering Trishuli River on the way. As you reached the city of Lakes the rewarding views of Himalayas can be seen clearly. Witness some of the views of Himalayas including Dhaulagiri, Machhapuchre, Annapurna I, Annapurna south and many others. Then you\'ll be transferred to hotel in Pokhara. Stay overnight at hotel in Pokhara.

Today, enjoy a short drive through beautiful landscape on the way to Nayapul. After that the beautiful trek starts to Tikhedhunga. You will be crossing the charming village Birethani from where the trekking route to Ghandruk, chomrong and Ghorepani separates. Pass through the several villages like Matathani,Sudhame and Hille before reaching Tikhedhunga. Stay overnight at teahouse in Tikhedhunga. 

Starts your beautiful day trekking to Ghorepani village, crossing Bhurundi khola and climb up to ulleri and later reach Banthani. Get the amazing views of the Annapurna ranges including Machhapuchre, Anapurna south and Huinchuli. Afterward walk through the lush green forest and the rhododendron forest where you may get chance to see some wild animals and colorful birds before you reach Ghorepani. Enjoy the breathtaking views of snow capped peaks and green hills. Stay overnight at teahouse in Ghorepani.

Great day of this trip begins early morning to climb up to Poon Hill for the best sunrise view over the Himalayan ranges. Upon reaching the famous vantage point all round the world of the Annapurna region, be amazed for a while by the natural wonder. Witness the gleaming sunrise view and also the stunning close up view of Annapurna ranges and Dhaulagiri ranges including Dhaulagiri (8167m), Nilgiri (6940m), Tukuche peak (6920m), Annapurna I (8091m), Annapurna south (7219m), Annapurna II (7937m), Annapurna III( 7855m), Annapurna IV (7525m), Lamjung Himal (6931m) and other snowcapped peaks. Then, head to Ghandruk village walking through rhododendron and oak forest with the intermittent views of wild animals. Pass the magnificent streams, ridges and finally stone steps to reach the beautiful village Ghandruk. Visit cultural museum in the Ghandruk village. Learn more about the cultures, traditions and lifestyles of Gurung people. The stay at their will be amazing because of the warm hospitality they provides. Stay overnight at teahouse in Ghandruk.

This will be the last day of trekking, so the trek starts passing through the stone steps, amidst terraces and fields heading to Syaulibazzar. On the way, see the glimpse of the mountains ranges which make you to feel amazing having a great experience. The trail is little bit rough today before reaching Birethani and then to Nayapul. From where, you will be on the private car driving to Pokhara. Enjoy the scenic drive through the highway and observe the last glimpse of mountains, and greenery. If you have leisure time in Pokhara you can excursion around the city. Stay overnight at hotel in Pokhara.  

Enjoy your last day of the trip starts early morning driving to the Kathmandu following the same highway through the dazzling rivers, Nepalese settlements and green hills. Upon reaching you will be transferred to hotel in Kathmandu. In evening explore the market places and do some shopping. Stay overnight at hotel in Kathmandu. 

Your Nepal Trip comes to end today! Our representative will pick you up from hotel and take you to the airport in private car and promise to meet again and again for the next trip in Nepal.
